A:  The  fee charged is $175 an hour unless otherwise agreed or ordered by the court.

A:  Time spent in mediation conferences(s), preparation for mediation, preparation of documents, agreements and memoranda of understanding, plus expenses (included but not limited to long distance telephone charges, photocopies, postage, facsimile transmissions).
A: Conferences are charged a minimum of two hours.

A: The mediation fee is usually divided evenly between the parties, unless otherwise agreed or ordered by the Court.

A: Conferences cancelled less than four business days of the scheduled conference are charged a minimum of two hours.

A: There is no charge for travel time unless umpire work is involved outside a two hour radius of Orlando.

A: Fees are due and payable at the conclusion of the mediation. As a courtesy to counsel, if counsel is advancing the fee, counsel will be invoiced following the mediation with the expectation that the fee will be paid within ten (10) days of the mediation. If counsel is not advancing the fee, payment is expected at the conclusion of the mediation. In the case of governmental entities, counsel will receive an invoice following the mediation.
